How do I change my password in Windows 10?

If you can still logon to your computer follow the steps below. If you cannot logon to you computer submit an incident ticket https://kipptexas.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and support services will reset your password.

• Once logged in to your computer, press ctrl-alt-del.
• Click on the second to the bottom option, change a password.
• Enter your old password, then enter your new password, then confirm your new password…
• Password requirements are:

1. Password must contain at least three of the following: UPPERCASE, lowercase, number, or special character($#!+).
2. Password must be at least 7 characters long.
3. Password cannot be any of your last 5 passwords.
4. Password must be at least a day old.
